Please read header information, measurement guide, and lining information carefully to make sure the custom-made curtains will fit your needs.
RETURN
For custom made drapery, we usually will not accept returns unless the product(s) is defective or wrong. Check the products as soon as you receive them. If you think the products that we supply are defective, please contact us within 30 days upon receipt at email chadmade@chadmadecurtains.com to issue a return request. We will inspect the products and if we agree with you that the product is defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take).
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
Simply follow these steps:
1. Contact us via
chadmade@chadmadecurtains.com to initiate a return
arrangement.
2. Complete the returns section on your order's packing slip.
3. Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, and enclose the completed
return form.
4. Return the item by mail or private carrier.
ALTERATIONS
If you receive your curtains and you have measured incorrectly or want alterations made, the curtains can be returned to our factory at your cost, and our factory can make alterations for you for a small fee.
WRONG SIZE
Please ensure you use a metal tape measure to prevent errors in measuring. Non-metal tape measures can stretch so they should not be used for measuring curtains.
In the extremely unlikely event that you received the curtains and they are the wrong size, we will arrange for the curtains to be remade or resized. Whether the curtains are remade or resized will be at ChadMade's discretion. ChadMade will cover the cost of freight receiving and sending the curtains to and from our factory.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you receive your item and it is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to organize a replacement.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose and measure your items carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind once the order is executed.
COLOR
Color may vary from the picture due to variations in your monitor, lighting, and batch colors. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for color variation. You are encouraged to purchase fabric swatches if you have concerns about color.
CURTAIN FABRIC
Fabric may show differently in a picture than what you expect. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for the fabric being different than you expected.
You suggest ordering a fabric swatch before placing an order to ensure color works for you. Here is the procedure on how to order fabric swatches. Fabric swatches are free, but you need to pay international shipping costs. Fabric swatches order is refundable if your final order amount is over $299.99.
DESIGN, LACE, AND EXTRAS
Some design features of a curtain-like lace and texture may show differently in a picture than what you expect. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we do not accept returns for the fabric being different than you expected.
RETURN SHIPPING POSTAGE
The following reasons do not qualify for free return shipping.

Misunderstood the image of the product.

Items do not fit properly but were made accurately.

Not the color you wanted.

Change of mind / No longer wants it.

Not the quality you wanted.

Ordered the wrong item by mistake.

Tolerance size within +/- 1% is treated as industry acceptable.
ChadMade will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
In this condition, we will refund fully. The buyer is required to provide a product picture to verify.

REFUND
Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition and contain all of the original packaging and accessories. Returns must be done within 30 days of the date on the packing list.

2. Complete the returns section on your order's packing slip.
3. Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, and enclose the completed return form.
4. Return the item by mail or private carrier.
We will handle refunds as soon as possible, usually, you will be refunded within 14 days after we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund.
